Delivery 

Most orders placed with us require a time scale of 3-5 days for delivery. We will notify you of any delay, in some cases the item may not be available at the time you place your order,if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and give you a date when it will be available again, you have the right to then cancel with us. Payment for any order will only be taken once we are able to despatch your item(s).Please call or email if your item is needed urgently and we will contact you to let you know if this is possible, sometimes a next day delivery is possible depending on the availability of your goods.

Postage : Instore collection is always an option and means you may have your item(s) quicker. We will notify you when your item(s) are ready for you, the collection address is :

For your own security the person who placed the order must collect,the card used to make the payment must be shown on collection, only then will we hand over the goods. The order must be collected from us within 1 month from you recieving the email notifying you that your item(s) are ready.

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, item(s) are sent via royal mail special delivery. This service includes insurance and offers a tracking facility.
All orders under £100 will be sent via royal mail 1st class recorded delivery which costs £3.50

Note : all deliveries require a signature on receipt of goods.

We are a small family run jewellers and will be able to keep you updated about the delivery of your goods, by email or telephone. We can also provide you with the tracking details of your parcel.
