Repairs and Alterations

As we have our workshop and jeweller on our premises we are able to complete all repairs with a quick turn around. It is possible to have the same day collection service on basic repairs. (Depending on our work load at the time).

Due to our jeweller completing all repairs in house we would appreciate a time of 1 week for any collections but if this is inconvenient to you then we would try our very best to complete the service within a few days. This includes ring sizings up and down, new clasps, soldering on charms, etc.....

We repair all jewellery items in all metals (except for costume ), we will explain what we would need to do and also quote you a price before you decide to go ahead or not. If others have told you that an item can't be repaired then please dont give up, ask us, with Martin's skills it is unlikely that something can't be done for you.

We always provide an honest and high quality service but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your repair we will redo this for you at no extra cost. We guarentee all of our repairs.
