Payments

There are a few ways in which you can pay :

By cheque or postal order, this will delay the posting of your order as we will only despatch once the payment has cleared. Any delay and we will not be held responsible.
By telephone, This is a quick and safe way to order from us, you will only speak to one of the family team, Martin, Marlene or Lian. Your reciepts will be delivered to you with your item(s).
By card,pay by debit or credit card once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart and proceeded to the check out. This is a safe and secure method of payment.

Age of consent : By using our website you are confirming that you are atleast 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 then you are accessing the website with the consent of your parent or guardian. We do not sell products to children.

Packaging

All items are sent in boxes or pouches. Many 'branded' items will be sent in their own named boxes and in some cases we will provide gift boxes with our own name in.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the jewellery/items you have purchased, you may return the unworn goods to us in perfect condition within 14days of purchase.
We will always be happy to offer an exchange or refund, however due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Also if you have had an item commissioned or engraved, these too are non returnable.
We will refund you for the goods and any postage costs if the items are faulty. But if items are not faulty, we will refund you for the goods less any postage costs incurred by us. We advise that you send returns by Royal mail special delivery as these parcels carry insurance and a tracking facility. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit. A refund will only be made to the credit/debit card that was used for the purchase of the goods. Any items that arrive to you damaged in transit must be reported to us by telephone or email within three days of receiving them.
When returning any items from an order, please include your name and address plus any order details, this enables us to carry out your refund as quickly as possible.

All of the items on our website are of high quality and all show the appropriate hallmark. We do make every effort to provide an accurate image and description of all goods, however due to flash photography and monitor screen resolution, we do understand that some products may differ in colour once seen in person. In some cases colours of stones or finishes may vary compared to the images on our site,for example, Paua Shell contains patterns of colours and no two are the same.
